RPT Motorsports handles fabrication as part of the full build — from custom turbo systems and exhaust work to intercooler piping, roll bars, and one-off parts designed and made in-house. If it needs to be built, we build it.
WHAT WE FABRICATE
Exhaust Fabrication
Full exhaust systems, axle-back and cat-back swaps, custom one-off exhaust work, and performance-oriented routing built for sound, flow, and clearance.
Intake & Airbox Fabrication
Custom intake piping, cold air routing, and fabricated airboxes designed for the engine bay layout and airflow requirements of the build.
Intercooler Piping
Charge pipe routing, intercooler placement, and custom pipe fabrication for front-mount, top-mount, and side-mount intercooler setups.
Oil & Fuel Line Fabrication
Custom oil feed and return lines, fuel line routing, and AN line work built to spec for the build — clean, routed correctly, and built to last.
Heat Shielding & Thermal Management
Custom heat shields, thermal wrapping, and heat management solutions for turbocharged and high-output engines running in tight engine bays.
Brackets, Mounts & Hardware
Custom fabricated brackets, mounting solutions, and hardware for turbos, intercoolers, oil coolers, radiators, and build-specific components that don't have off-the-shelf solutions.
Roll Bars & Cages
Roll bar and cage fabrication as part of complete builds — street cars, drag builds, road course cars, and HPDE vehicles. Integrated into the full build plan, not bolted on as an afterthought.
3D Printing & CNC Parts
RPT Motorsports designs and produces custom parts in-house using 3D printing and CNC machining. One-off brackets, adapter plates, custom components, and build-specific solutions that don't exist anywhere else.

RPT Motorsports designs and fabricates custom turbo systems from scratch. That means custom manifolds, turbo placement, downpipes, charge piping, and intercooler routing built around your specific vehicle — not adapted from a generic kit. Every system is matched to the engine, the power target, the fuel system, and the tune. The result is a setup that fits correctly, flows properly, and makes power cleanly.

When the right part doesn't exist, RPT Motorsports makes it. Using 3D printing and CNC machining, we design and produce custom components for builds that require solutions you can't buy off a shelf — adapter plates, custom brackets, one-off mounts, intake components, and build-specific hardware. Parts are designed around the build, not worked around.

FABRICATION IS PART OF THE BUILD

Most of the fabrication work RPT Motorsports does happens as part of a complete performance build. A custom turbo system isn't useful without the matching fuel system, cooling setup, and calibration. A roll bar is part of a track build, not an isolated install. RPT handles the fabrication, the supporting mods, and the tune under one roof — so the finished product works as a complete system, not a collection of separate parts.
