Fabrication is what we do. RPT Motorsports builds custom turbo kits, intercooler piping, intakes, custom exhaust, and complete fuel systems in-house — for trucks, muscle cars, and imports alike. Bring your vehicle in for one-off local work, or order parts we've developed and now reproduce. If it needs to be built, we build it — and if it's good, we make it again.
WHAT WE FABRICATE
Custom Exhaust
Full custom exhaust systems, muffler and resonator deletes, cat-back and axle-back work, and higher-end packages for any vehicle. Built locally for sound, flow, and clearance — real fabrication, not a hack muffler-shop job.
Intake & Airbox Fabrication
Custom intake piping, cold air routing, and fabricated airboxes designed for the engine bay layout and airflow requirements of the build.
Intercooler Piping
Charge pipe routing, intercooler placement, and custom pipe fabrication for front-mount, top-mount, and side-mount intercooler setups.
Fuel Systems & Braided Lines
Injector and fuel-system upgrades, plus custom braided fuel, breather, and oil lines built to length in-house with proper AN fittings — clean, routed correctly, and built to last.
Heat Shielding & Thermal Management
Custom heat shields, thermal wrapping, and heat management solutions for turbocharged and high-output engines running in tight engine bays.
Brackets, Mounts & Hardware
Custom fabricated brackets, mounting solutions, and hardware for turbos, intercoolers, oil coolers, radiators, and build-specific components that don't have off-the-shelf solutions.
Roll Bars & Cages
Roll bar and cage fabrication as part of complete builds — street cars, drag builds, road course cars, and HPDE vehicles. Integrated into the full build plan, not bolted on as an afterthought.
3D Printing & CNC Parts
RPT Motorsports designs and produces custom parts in-house using 3D printing and CNC machining. One-off brackets, adapter plates, custom components, and build-specific solutions that don't exist anywhere else.

RPT Motorsports designs and fabricates custom turbo systems from scratch — custom manifolds, turbo placement, downpipes, charge piping, and intercooler routing built around your specific vehicle and matched to the engine, power target, fuel system, and tune. When we develop a kit for a popular platform, we refine it and reproduce it, so proven setups like our Coyote 5.0 turbo kit — in development on our 2022 Roush F-150 shop truck — can be built again for the next customer. The result fits correctly, flows properly, and makes power cleanly.

When the right part doesn't exist, RPT Motorsports makes it — and if it's good, we make it again. We design and fabricate custom components in-house, then reproduce the proven ones for other owners. Our Coyote 5.0 turbo kit — in development on our 2022 Roush F-150 shop truck — and our Explorer ST parts (downpipes, intakes, hot- and cold-side charge pipes, and intercoolers) started as one-off builds and are now reproduced to order. There aren't many people making parts for platforms like the Explorer ST — we're building the kits those communities have been asking for.

FABRICATION IS PART OF THE BUILD
— NOT A SEPARATE JOB
Most of the fabrication work RPT Motorsports does happens as part of a complete performance build. A custom turbo system isn't useful without the matching fuel system, cooling setup, and calibration. A roll bar is part of a track build, not an isolated install. RPT handles the fabrication, the supporting mods, and the tune under one roof — so the finished product works as a complete system, not a collection of separate parts.
