RPT Motorsports is a custom fabrication shop that tunes. We build one-off turbo kits, intercooler piping, intakes, custom exhaust, and complete fuel systems — then calibrate the vehicle to handle the modifications. Trucks, muscle, and everything in between: Raptors, F-150s, Silverados, Mustangs, Corvettes, and Camaros. If it needs to be fabricated, we make it. If it needs to be tuned, we dial it in.

Full custom exhaust, muffler and resonator deletes, and exhaust tuning for any vehicle. Real fabrication — not a hack muffler-shop job.
Turbo Kits
Complete custom turbo systems built from scratch, plus reproducible kits like our Coyote 5.0 turbo kit developed on the RPT shop truck.
Fuel Systems
Injector and fuel-system upgrades, plus custom braided fuel, breather, and oil lines built with proper AN fittings.
Performance Tuning
Coyote, EcoBoost, and LS/LT calibration — road, dyno, and remote. Pump gas or E85, dialed in around your build.
Intakes & Bolt-Ons
Intakes, charge pipes, downpipes, and supporting mods installed and tuned to work together.

RPT fabricates in-house turbo kits, intakes, intercooler piping, and custom exhaust — for trucks, muscle cars, and imports alike. Build it once, dial it in, and offer it to everyone. Custom Coyote turbo kit in development on our 2022 Roush F-150 shop truck — fabricated in-house and built to be reproduced for other 5.0 builds.
EXPLORER ST PARTS
Custom downpipes, intakes, and hot- and cold-side charge pipes with upgraded intercoolers — designed in-house and reproduced for the Explorer ST community.
